On more reasons to love The Office

I am a huge fan of The Office. There are numerous reasons for this. Among the more essential is the fact that attendance at a small, well known liberal arts school, as represented by the character "Andy", boils down to constant references to men's a cappella singing groups and nothing more.

I can attest to the fact that groups like this sum up the small school experience. Honestly. Sure, there are classes and lectures and ample discussions regarding topics ranging from The Ramayana to Japan in World War II. But it's all a means to an end.. attendance at the Colgate 13 concert at the pub that night. The groups are treated like fraternities unto themselves, engage in regular self-revelry and dress, well, exactly like Andy. They are the personification of true gentlemen scholars. Until one of them gets your roommate drunk at lets her walk home in their bed sheet. And nothing else.

So, here's to you, Andy from The Office, for providing a Cliffs Notes version to anyone considering the small liberal arts school experience. If you don't want to be surrounded by Andy, I strongly recommended attendance at your state institution.
